Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning schedule will be held liable for all resulting costs and expenses. Guests are not permitted to make reservations with Namasté Homes within their own city of residence. Please contact us if you wish to book a stay in your own area. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the no-smoking policy will result in a €250 fine plus any additional cleaning or damage repair costs. Commercial photography/videography without written consent, as well as any illegal activities, are strictly forbidden. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not permitted. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guests traveling with service animals are kindly asked to contact us prior to their stay. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking passes. Noise monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to detect excessive sound levels. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the property and its contents. Guests must report any damage to our customer service team immediately.
